How to return my money if I made the payment incorrectly?

You can cancel your order and return your money within 3 days after you made the payment by credit card. The money is returned to the same credit card which was used to make the payment.

How will I get the PC-3000 product after I made a payment?

The shipment with PC-3000 products will be sent to you the same day when our company receives your payment.
