The development of the PC-3000 software is moving forward quickly! Today, we are rolling out the following English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean software updates:
- PC-3000 Portable-II/Portable-III/Express/UDMA-e version 6.7.18
- PC-3000 SAS-I/SAS-II version 6.7.18
- Data Extractor/Data Extractor RAID Edition version 5.10.11
- PC-3000 SSD version 2.8.5
We have added many new features to the software and have greatly enhanced its functionality. Now you can open the NVMe and USB drives tasks created by the PC-3000 Portable III in the Data Extractor for the PC-3000 Express/UDMA, load any “other” microcode in the "Download microcode" option for HGST SAS drives, and use new loaders for PS3110 and PS3111 Phison controllers.
All authorized technical support users will get the latest software versions.

- Added a new mode: "Creating panel of selected utility modes" (Tools/Selected modes).
PC-3000 Portable III
- Added support for the PCIe x16 SSD drives adapter;
- Standalone mode: Added a mode for S.M.A.R.T. checking for USB HDD/SSD drives;
- Standalone mode: Added a mode for S.M.A.R.T. checking for SATA/PATA HDD/SSD drives.

- Enhanced the defect hiding procedure. Chains with a length of more than 65535 sectors can be hidden now.
PC-3000 Kernel
- Added a new mode: "Creating panel of selected utility modes" (Tools/Selected modes).

- Added support for a shadow copy with a copy on a partition other than the partition for which the copying is performed;
- Added the ability to select a partition on which the copy is located;
- Added the ability to automatically search for a partition with a shadow copy.

- Added methods to build SpaceMan maps (metadata about occupied space), used and unused sectors;
- Added scanning methods for maps of used / unused sectors;
- In the scan modes, added the step of determining extensions for "lost" nameless files;
- Added minor enhancements in scanning methods.
PC-3000 SSD
Phison Controllers
- Added new loaders for the PS3110 and PS3111 controllers;
- Added the ability to read pages in pseudo-SLC mode has been added to the "Save Dumps" test;
- Enhanced the algorithm for reading the SLC cache for drives on the PS3111 controller;
- For the PS3110 controller, enhanced the algorithm for building a translator for drives with a capacity of more than 500GB.
